We offer a variety of birthday party options tailored to different age groups. Choose the package that best fits your needs and budget—we’re happy to customize your celebration to make it perfect for you.

You’re welcome to arrive up to one hour before your scheduled party time to decorate the party room however you’d like.

Our traditional party format includes one hour outdoors and one hour inside our barn party room. We do not provide food or drinks, so we recommend bringing snacks and either a birthday cake or cupcakes—this typically fills the second hour very well.

We are most comfortable hosting up to 12 children, but larger parties are welcome with the option to add a second pony for an additional $50. Extra party time may also be added in 30-minute increments for $50 each. Please arrange any add-ons at the time of booking.

 

Party Schedule & Pricing

• Parties are hosted on Saturdays and Sundays at 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

• A traditional 2-hour party is $250.

• A $50 deposit is required to reserve your date, with the remaining $200 due the week of the party.

• Deposits can be paid on our website using any major credit card.

 

Helpful Tips

We suggest noting on your invitations that Allegro Equestrian is a fully functioning farm. Guests should dress appropriately and wear closed-toed shoes.
Parties are held rain or shine. As with any farm, each season brings different elements—spring can be muddy, and fall may have more flies—but the fun always goes on!
